The return process is as listed below:
o Member has to ship the article to Contact Us address mentioned in the Order.
o Easyrewardz customer care will confirm on email, the receipt of the article.
o If easyrewardz accepts there turn (hence replacement shipped or amount refunded), then the member is compensated with an easy code of 250 Easypoints within 7 to 14 working days and also if the customer opts for a refund in cash then within 14 working days it would reflect in their account
