EasyPoints can be redeemed alone or with cash in the rewards market-place. EasyPoints can also be redeemed at EasyRewardz.com and its network of merchants. There’s more to it. Cash spends on EasyRewardz or its network wins members EasyPoints, which members can pool to redeem again. Q. How does EasyRewardz work? A. EasyRewardz uses your mobile number as your EasyID and lets you accumulate EasyPoints for transactions on EasyRewardz.com and EasyNetwork of merchant partners. To take an advantage of this platform, you can simply visit EasyRewardz.com to sign-up for plethora of reward choices or your favorite location that uses EasyRewardz, to join the program and start earning EasyPoints. Q. When and where do I create my easyPIN? A. You create a easyPIN right when you sign-up on EasyRewardz. Your sign-up process will include an easyPIN which has to be Numeric and 6 digits only. Q. Why a mobile number? A. Perceiving quick transformation of mobile devices from being an accessory to a part of people’s daily functioning, we understood that mobile was the most convenient way for members to join us. Also, we tested sign-up methods and found that sign-up process was 3 times faster using a mobile than email; therefore, we chose members' convenience and chose to connect via mobile number. Q. What do I use my easyPIN for? A. You will use your easyPIN to sign-in to your easyrewardz account. Q. I lost my easyPIN. How can I retrieve it? A. Click on "Forgot your easyPIN" link in the Sign In section on the home page of www.easyrewardz.com to retrieve your easyPIN. The link will open a page where you can easily retrieve your easyPIN. Q. What is the validity of EasyPoints? A. EasyPoints are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. For example: EasyPoints collected on 4th April 2012 will expire on 30th April, 2013. So, collect fast and spend faster!! Q. Do I need to collect some minimum EasyPoints to start spending? A. No. Just start collecting and spending Easypoints. Q. How do I redeem a reward? A. Rewards are redeemed through www.easyrewardz.com for flights and on our EasyNetwork of merchant partners. Q. Can I spend EasyPoints for purchases done at merchant partners of EasyNetwork? A. What if I don’t have sufficient EasyPoints to spend for a reward. Do I miss the reward? A. At easyrewardz, we don’t let you miss anything!!
